Indication
MSK (musculoskeletal) embolization is a new type of procedure that can be used to treat chronic pain in the musculoskeletal system.
The formation of new blood vessels promotes the formation of nerve cells and causes joint pain.
By blocking the abnormal vessel through embolization, the nerve cells are killed and the pain is reduced or eliminated.
MSK embolization can be performed on almost any joint, including the knee, shoulder, elbow, wrist, ankle, etc. and is more effective than conventional treatments because it is a minimally invasive procedure.
